Gerry Ryan of Salem is in marketing and publications for the Hallmark Health System and has worked for more than
30 years as a public relations professional. He is also a songwriter and performer on the area folk scene and performs in
the folk duo,
Ryan & Ortolani.

Henley Douglas, Jr. has lived in Salem for almost 20 years. He is a professional musician, music teacher
and CAD designer. He is co-leader of The Boston Horns and the former Heavy Metal Horns, and has toured
internationally with both bands.  (Co-founder)

Jennifer and Jonathan Reardon of Salem have owned In a Pig’s Eye Restaurant in Salem for 23 years
and are longtime supporters of art, music and theater.

Judy Parisella hails from the North Shore and after a 20 year stint in Southern California made her way back to the
East Coast.  Music and theater, both on and off stage, have been a passion for years.  Today as a marketing professional
she runs her own cloud marketing firm,
JP Marketing, and can be found throughout New England speaking on and
teaching the ins and outs of leveraging today’s emerging online marketing platforms.

Larry Claflin Jr. is a journalist who has written about arts, entertainment and music for more than 15 years. He is a
North Shore native, Salem  resident and music supporter. Larry is not just  the Executive Director of the
Salem Jazz
and Soul Festival, but  he is also a co-founder of this organization.   (Co-founder)   

Laura Gallant is a resident of the North Shore and a social worker in the community. and the SJSF education
programming coordinator.  She thrives in festival scenes, and is a huge supporter of music.

Nick Giarratani is an educator, singer/songwriter, audio engineer, and performer with almost 30 years’ experience in
the Boston music scene.  He has performed with a variety of ensembles in venues all over New England and can
currently be seen performing with the North Shore Acoustic Project and Wired.to.the.Edge electronic music ensemble.
Nick’s full-time gig is managing Salem State University’s recital hall, recording studio, and electronic music lab. He is
also an
adjunct faculty member in the University’s music department.

Ryan Robbins moved to Salem in 1999.  Originally from Maine, he studied technical theatre at Emerson College.  
Ryan has provided lighting and sound design, and served as Technical Director for the Salem Theatre Company.  He's
produced laser shows, corporate events, party cruises, audio advertisements for major national brands, and other area
events.  Ryan currently is a voice user interface designer for Interactions Corporation.  He's an avid photographer, music
lover, and our technical production advisor.  
Look for him behind the mixer at our concerts!

Sarah Corbett of Salem has been a music booker and bartender at In A Pig's Eye Restaurant in Salem for
seven years.

Stephanie Hagyard has lived in Salem for seven years, volunteering at a variety of organizations and
working for Salem Five in the Residential Mortgage Division.

Matt Caruso of Salem, a graduate of Salem State College.  A talented manager with extensive non-profit,

Michael Siering is a long time resident of Salem. He has worked as an actor, director, stage manager and
sound designer with both Charitable Theatre groups, Wharf Rat Productions and Hit and Run Theatre.

Michelle Desaulniers has over 15 years’ experience in corporate staffing and recruiting roles, and
iscurrently a Global Talent Acquisition Manager .

Beth Paquin is a Salem based artist, graphic designer and art director dedicated to the thriving spirit of the
North Shore. She specializes in design and marketing solutions for educational institutions, publishers, small
businesses, arts organizations, and non-profits, with clients including Chianti, Salem Farmers' Market, Salem
Main Streets, Art Throb, and Endicott College. Her photography has been shown throughout Salem, and her work
